SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
At Etienne Interiors, we strive to making your online shopping experience enjoyable with excellent service, every time. We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. We ask you to provide a daytime phone number when ordering so that the shipping provide may contact you (if required) regarding your delivery. Your account is charged once availability of the product has been confirmed.


CANADA
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD $). An additional charge will be applied to your order confirmation noting all applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rates based upon the location to which the order is being shipped. All provinces except Ontario, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland have 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) added to all orders.

The following provinces have PST (Provincial Sales Tax) added to all orders: British Columbia (7% PST), Manitoba (8% PST), and Saskatchewan (6% PST). New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island have 15% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Ontario has 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Quebec has 9.975% QST (Quebec Sales Tax) added to all orders. These applicable tax rates are subject to change.


UNITED STATES
All items shipped to the US from Canada. With the exception of items from Big BKF Buenos Aires which are shipped from Argentina. We ship all US orders to arrive via FedEX, Purolator, USPS, or other provider, in 3-7 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default. You may use the currency conversion tool on the site to display items in US dollars.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Etienne Interiors only ships to the US and Canada at this time. We do not ship to the APO, FPO or US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make best efforts to display accurate product inventory information. In the event that a product is no longer available, we will contact you directly. In the event that the product is no longer available, your order will be cancelled. We only charge your account once availability of the item has been confirmed.


ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SURCHARGES
If you are located in the US, additional taxes and duty may be applied to your order by US customs. This amount is in addition to the purchase price of your item on Etienne Interiors. We do not accept responsibility for any amount charged by US customs for your purchase as this is assessed by the department on a case-by-case basis. At time of purchase, Etienne Interiors does not charge taxes on your order as these will be assessed by US customs when your package arrives in the US.

If you are located in Canada, taxes are charged on your purchase as the time of order. If your order contains items from Big BKF Buenos Aires, you may incur additional taxes and duty by Canada customs. We do not accept responsibility for any amount charged by US customs for your purchase as this is assessed by the department on a case-by-case basis. Etienne Interiors does not charge taxes on orders from Big BKF Buenos Aires as these will be assessed by Canada customs when your package arrives in Canada.


PAYMENT
Etienne Interiors will charge your card when product availability has been confirmed.


PRICING POLICY
All prices online are by default in Canadian dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to provincial and local laws. Availability and prices are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
